Citilink has officially ceased all flights between Perth and Bali for the remainder of 2025, bringing an end to the route that was previously suspended in February. The airline had initially planned to resume operations on May 1 but has now confirmed that services will not be reinstated.
Passengers who booked directly through Citilink have already been informed or will be contacted soon. Those who purchased tickets through third-party travel agencies can expect notifications once official updates are provided to booking platforms. Affected travelers are encouraged to review their options and seek alternative carriers for their journeys.
As a Jakarta-based budget airline, Citilink has long been a key player in regional air travel. Originally established in 2001 as a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, the airline has expanded its reach across domestic and international markets. However, the decision to discontinue the Perth-Bali service reflects shifting operational priorities.
With this route no longer available, passengers will need to explore other airlines for travel between Perth and Bali. There has been no announcement on whether Citilink will reconsider the route in the future.
