We catered our own meals....the facilities were perfect for that. The location in Central Wellington was perfect for our needs, particularly as we didn't have a car. We had visited Wellington on many previous occasions, we knew the general area and used trains, ferries and buses for out of town sightseeing purposes.

Located in Wellington's CBD, Doubletree By Hilton Wellington offers guests a city escape, just 1476 feet from the waterfront. The staff was friendly and gave us excellent service. The buffet breakfast was great and the room was nice, clean and spacious. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located in Wellington, Boulcott Suites is a unique 5-star apartment hotel featuring a selection of stylish accommodations from studios to four-bedroom townhouses. Guests enjoy free WiFi. We were upgraded to the penthouse unit when we checked in. The suite was very spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was really central. Attractions, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sailing of the interislander we booked was rescheduled from early morning to midnight. We were allowed to purchase an extra day of parking pass at their premises after checking out. This saved us a lot of trouble because finding parking in downtown Wellington is difficult. We are really happy with this stay.
